It's teacher's day!

Celebrated my FIRST teacher's day!

The prefects gave us balloons! made the staffroom so lively! =)

Received many presents! quite overwhelmed but frankly, my favourites are mainly the cards and letters that my students wrote.. =) Oh! Love big hand drawn and hand made flower too!

After work, spent my evening eating dinner with my in-laws, chit chat and walk walk! elvin was at yishun with friends and my in-laws were so nice to come accompany me! hee.. pai seh!

On the actual day, I started my day with a pleasant surprise of my husband taking leave to spend the day with me! =) Ate my favourite KFC breakfast! =)

Went home and opened the remaining gifts! (not nice to open in school so brought back some to open) Totally enjoyed reading the cards~ One of my P5 kid gave me a bag! The bear cup are just timely too! many notebooks and post-its! my students sure know me well! Oh and there's this very classy card holder! love it too!

It's BBQ Day!
Elvin and I had craving the other day and this was what we did! Chris said we are REALLY the kuisine kouple! 重出江湖！

garlic, onion, butter and ginger! woooooo.... hey family, another round together? =)

No matter what, really glad to spend time in such relaxing way with hubby. =)

This is an exciting week!
Wednesday: Claypot dinner with in-laws
Thursday: Dinner at Keh and Dorothy's
Sat-Sunday: KL with family! it's JOHN's convocation and family portrait weekend!
Can't wait!!!!
